Cyber Security Advisors (CSAs)
CSAs are regionally located DHS personnel who direct coordination, outreach, and regional support to protect cyber components essential to the sustainability, preparedness, and protection of the Nation’s critical infrastructure and SLTT governments.
SLTT Cybersecurity Engagement Program
The SLTT Cybersecurity Engagement Program builds partnerships with non-federal public stakeholders including governors, mayors, state Homeland Security Advisors (HSA), Chief Information Officers (CIO), and Chief Information Security Officers (CISO).
National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework
The National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework classifies the typical duties and skill requirements of cybersecurity workers. The Framework is meant to define professional requirements in cybersecurity, much as other professions, such as medicine and law, have done.

Each BBB is a private entity that provides information businesses and consumers with information regarding the local business community, including current cyber scams and frauds.
Carnegie Mellon University – Computer emergency Response Team (CERT) & Software Engineering Institute (SEI)
CERT and SEI are part of Carnegie Mellon university. CERT provides a variety of resources, including papers, webcasts, and an extremely large insider threat knowledge base. SEI provides a free podcast series and for-pay training. Discounts may be available through bulk purchase agreements.
Cyber Information Sharing and Collaboration Program (CISCP)
CISCP is a no-cost information sharing partnership between enterprises and DHS that creates shared situational awareness across critical infrastructure communities, enhances cybersecurity collaboration between DHS and critical infrastructure owners and operators, and leverages government and industry subject matter expertise to collaboratively respond to cybersecurity incidents.
National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA)
The NCSA provides citizens and businesses with information regarding staying safe on the Internet.
Research and Education Network ISAC (REN-ISAC)
REN-ISAC aids and promotes cyber security operational protection and response within the higher education and resesarch communities. REN-ISAC also serves as the R&E trusted partner for served networks, the formal US ISAC community, and in other commercial, governmental, and private security information sharing relationships. It also publishes a weekly training list to which fusion centers may be added.
