The Association fosters interstate cooperation on legal and law enforcement issues, conducts policy research and analysis of issues, conducts training, and facilitates communication between the statesÕ chief legal officers and all levels of government.

New Jersey – Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office – High-Tech Crime Unit
The primary mission of the Ocean County ProsecutorÕs Office High-Tech Crime Unit is to provide all of the law enforcement agencies in the Ocean County with specially trained Detectives to conduct and/or assist with investigating technology related crimes, which includes seizing digital evidence, conducting impartial and objective analysis of digital evidence using the best available tools and procedures, and providing video enhancement services.
Ohio – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office
Investigators are available to assist with any type of criminal case. Some are assigned to specific units or task forces, including the DNA Cold Case Task Force, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Organized Crime Task Force, the Cold Case Unit and the Economic Crime Unit.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office – Computer Crimes Unit
The Computer Crimes Unit investigates crimes committed within Maricopa County that have a nexus to electronic media or the Internet. In addition, The Computer Crimes Unit Forensic Technicians perform examinations of digital media in order to develop evidence in support of criminal investigations conducted throughout the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, in addition to assisting other law enforcement agencies
Protective Security Advisors (PSAs)
PSAs are trained critical infrastructure protection and vulnerability mitigation subject matter experts deployed in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.They conduct joint site visits and vulnerability assessments of critical infrastructure assets with the FBI, and work with the USSS to provide vulnerability assessments and security planning.
National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies (NCCS) portal
NCCS portal is the Nation’s one-stop-shop for cybersecurity careers and studies. It connects the pubic with information on cybersecurity awareness, degree programs, training, careers, and talent management.
National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework
The National Cybersecurity Workforce Framework classifies the typical duties and skill requirements of cybersecurity workers. The Framework is meant to define professional requirements in cybersecurity, much as other professions, such as medicine and law, have done.
United States Secret Service (USSS) National computer Forensics Institute (NCFI)
The USSS NCFI is a partnership between the USSS, DHS, State of Alabama, and the Alabama District Attorney’s Association to train state and local law enforcement, judges and prosecutors in digital evidence, network intrusion, and computer/mobile device forensic issues. NCFI training courses are offered for free for state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) government attendees, through funding from the federal government.

The FTC Business Center provides information on scams and frauds targeting businesses.

IdentityTheft.gov is the Federal Trade Commission’s website to assist consumers who are the victim’s of identity theft. It contains free information regarding recovering from identity theft, as well as information regarding the most current scams and frauds.
