The Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM) is a division of the University of North FloridaÕs Training and Service Institute. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, IPTM is a self-supporting, not-for-profit organization. IPTMÕs courses are designed to improve the skills and abilities of officers and acquaint them with the new technology, theories, and techniques in their fields of interest.
